OUR POLICIES
Requirements.
No experience required.
Photo I.D. and Boater Safety License are required to ride and/or operate vehicle.
All participants shall complete and sign our Waiver and Rules and Regulations forms. This can be completed in person or online through our booking system.
Age Restrictions.
Anyone 18 years or older are eligible to operate a Jet Ski independently. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Boaters Safety License Required.
In the State of Florida, anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 must have, in their possession during their scheduled appointment, a Boating Safety Education Card (or online temporary certificate). If you do not own a Boating Safety Card, please complete the following exam which will provide a temporary certificate.
The certificate is only valid for 90 days, starting the effective date of the passed exam.
The cost of the exam is $3.00.
If you have already taken this exam, please bring a copy of your certificate to your scheduled appointment.
If you need to complete the exam, please click the link below. You can also arrive to your scheduled appointment 1- hour earlier, to complete the exam prior to riding.
CANCELLATIONS.
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your reservation, you must do it with at least 24 hours in advance. If not done within that frame time, you will lose your tickets and the possibility of rescheduling for another date.
No-shows will also miss their opportunity to rebook or refund their tickets.
A maximum of three rebooks is allowed.
If you are making a reservation for the same day, or out of our 24 hours in advance policy, the client accepts there are no reschedules, cancellations, or refunds. It will be considered a final sale.
Please take into account that we will make this decision based on weather and USCG decisions on our area. In the case of extreme weather, you will lose your ticket for that specific reservation and our regular cancellation policy stated above applies to the reservation. Please keep in mind, If it is raining someplace else or the weather is just cloudy, it doesn’t mean that you can cancel your ride.
